Alesis I/O2 USB Audio Interface
While catching up on Podsqod today, I heard mention of a USB audio interface that I hadn’t heard of before. It’s the Alesis io-2 Portable 2-Channel 24-bit48kHz USB AudioMIDI Interface. The unit comes with two channels, XLR connectors, phantom power, 1/4″ line-in, balanced main outs (something my beloved Tascam US-122 doesn’t have), headphone jack, and TRS 1/4″ inserts. Everything you’ll need to get your podcast rig started. Awesome.
