WordPress 2.1
I just upgraded the blog to WordPress 2.1 and it went down without a hitch. Truthfully, this post was just to check out the new editing facilities in the new version. I’m also hoping that the problem with the enhanced visual editor and the embedding of videos is fixed. Otherwise this will be the last post with the new visual editor. Also this new version saves your post at certain points as you are typing the post so you don’t lose so much of your hard work at the keyboard if something goes haywire. There are also new photo handling abilities. Maybe it will handle text wrap around like I used to enjoy with Blogger.
If you do a podcast, in my opinion, the easiest way to get your RSS feed done correctly is with WordPress and the PodPress plug-in.
